I had such a fantastic experience working with Laura! After the slog of regaining my fitness level after my first pregnancy I knew I wanted to do better the second time around. I thought I just wanted some accountability, and if I could find a trainer who was knowledgeable about pregnancy fitness in particular, that would just be a bonus. I started working with Laura when I was frustrated about my struggle to return to leak-free running over two years after the birth of my youngest. I wanted to build up the strength I’d lost after about 5 years of focusing on having kids, raising toddlers, and not doing the hobbies that had previously kept me strong and fit. After 6 months of working with her, I’m noticeably stronger and more confident in my exercise routines. I love having a trainer that “gets” the challenges of balancing self care, career, and kids. She builds routines that work for me, and is super fast on giving me feedback on questions. Getting a few “have you been working out?” comments from my friends is also a nice bonus.

01. Do you offer free Meet and Greets?
Absolutely. These conversations are the best ways to get your questions answered and figure out if we’re a great fit. No obligations. Just a chance to get to know one another.
02. What's the difference between a Meet and Greet and a Virtual Consultation?
A Meet and Greet is a free (up to) 30 minute call. The goal is for us to get to know each other a little bit and determine whether or not my services are a good fit for you. This is not a problem solving call.
A virtual consultation is a paid experience. This is the problem solving call. You get an hour of my time and you can ask me any questions you like (so long as they fall within my expertise!). I can advise you on birth preparation, provide a prenatal body and breath assessment or a postpartum body and breath reboot. Tell me what you need and I’ll structure a session just for you!
03. Do you offer online services?
I do! I offer fully remote personal training and virtual consultations around any of my areas of expertise (exercise, birth prep, postpartum recovery, pelvic health etc). No matter where you live, I am happy to work with you.
04. Do you offer in-person services?
If you are local to the Seattle metro area, I do offer limited in-home visits (for an additional fee) when it would be helpful. I offer these on a case-by-case basis to on-going personal training clients. Please reach out if you’d like to know more!
05. Do you work with pre-conception clients?
At this time, I am only working with folks who are currently pregnant or who are any length of time postpartum (weeks to years!)
